Payment Terms

As a micro business we are unable to offer Net 30 at this time. Payment is due at the time of ordering. We thank-you for your understanding.

Want to see the product in person? We're happy to send sample boxes of our products, simply email us at lalashibadesigns@gmail.com to request a sample box, shipping is on us!

Order Minimums

We do not require a minimum spend order, this allows you to stock up as and when you need product. However, 'minimum order quantities' do apply per design per product, ei. if you're ordering washi tape, you must order a minimum of x 6 washi of the same design to activate wholesale pricing.

Our MOQ per product are as follows:

  • Magnetic Bookmarks x 6 units
  • Notepads x 3 units
  • Washi Tape x 6 units
  • Sticker Sheets x 6 units
  • Greating cards x 3 units
  • Keychains / Bag Charms x 6 units
  • Sticker books x 3 units
  • Magnets & Pins x 3 units

How To Order

Once you've decide to place an order with us, you can apply to become a wholesale stockist with us via the Wholesale tab on the Lalashiba home page. After you submit your form, please allow 1-2 days (likely less) for approval. Once approved you can sign in and shop on lalashiba.com, wholesale prices will be visiable to you. When you're done adding to cart you can check-out as normal via shopify. 

Turn Around Times

For many of our handmade items the turn around time can be as short as 1-2 weeks. However with some of our manufactured items, such as our washi tapes and keychains we ask that you please allow 3-4 weeks. We will always let you know the expected turn around time when ordering, as well as your order status as it applies.

Shipping and Handling

We are happy to offer free hand-delivery to stores located within Melbourne! For all other domestic orders within Australia, parcels are shipped via Australia Post with Tracking at the retailers expense. 

We are sorry to say that we are currently unable to ship wholesale to international customers at this time. 

Damages and Returns

We always inspect all our products and do our best to maintain a high standard for our handmade goods. However if you do find any damaged or faulty items please notify us within one week and we will replace the items or provide a credit note. Returns for unsold stock are not accepted.
